Sunrise an hour before Abu Dhabi

Here is a photo of the sunrise about an hour before we landed in Abu Dhabi.

The flight has been pretty good so far. Kids are enjoying the movies etc as I am.
So far I have watched Nick of Time, Moneyball, Peter Gabriel's concert, the movie written, directed and starred by George Clooney about political
ambition (can't remember the name). I think one day George Clooney, Leonardo di Caprio and/or Matt Damon are going to be Democrat Presidential nominees. Anyway, I think everyone except
me had a bit of a sleep. I slept for about 10 minutes I think whilst listening to music. Afzal and I were aiming to sleep according to the
London timezone and he succeeded.

As soon as we land we have a 2 hour window for our next flight to London. At this stage I don't feel sleepy at all considering I have had virtually no sleep for almost 30 hours.

I have been feeling a bit of strain on my left calf and achilles tendon when I sit for too long so I have been regularly going to the back to massage and get the blood circulating. The pain and tension goes away after
a few minutes. I suspect I am going find it tight to get my shoes on.

The staff at the back see me as a regular now. Apparently this route is the second longest route for Etihad. The longest is Abu Dhabi-Toronto (up to 17 hours in winter when there is snow). The staff are very friendly compared to my experience at Qantas. One of guys showed me where they have their 3
hour mandatory rests downstairs. He said that its very rare that they actually get to sleep though.
Anyway should be landing soon so I better finish my exercising and start packing and putting my shoes on.
