We went to Kings Cross Station and looked for Platform 9 3/4 (of Harry Potter fame). It was a disappointment considering that it was nowhere near the real Platform 9. Instead it was upstairs next to a bookshop (who happened to be displaying the Harry Potter books). I suppose it is understandable - you don't want a crowd around a railway platform.
