Haj exhibition and Tube back home

After a look around the museum we went into the Haj exhibition at our allotted time. This was the very last day of the exhibition so there was a large crowd.

The exhibition is quite comprehensive and covered the history (back to Adam as), the preparation, the Haj itself and the return. It cover five of the routes over history by foot, sea and air (from London of course). It brought back some memories from my own experience.

We then headed back home via the tube/underground (although most of it is overground). We walked to Holborn station to catch a train to Kings Cross Station (where we visited Platform 9 3/4 but more on this later) and are now on a train on the Metropolitan Line to Moor Park.

  2. Thanks. Just to let you know the girls are looking glum on the train because they were concentrating on a story Sumaiya was telling them at the time!
